"Giovanna is a mechatronics engineering student and an enthusiast about technology and the environment. She has been an ambassador for international non-profit organizations such as Technovation and Girl Rising. Likewise, she is part of the first generation of Youth Climate Ambassadors of the European Union in Mexico, where her work is mainly oriented towards the implementation of an initiative to promote girls education in terms of technological solutions for the climate crisis. This initiative is called ELENA Sustainability - Empowering Leaders in Environmental Activism. This project was also a finalist for the Girls Save the World Award from HP and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Likewise, she participated in the development of an application for species conservation ""WE Heroes"", which was presented at the New York Climate Week 2022 and at COP27. This application collected information on biodiversity from the International Union for Conservation of Nature. Finally, both, research and the creation of international cooperation initiatives in technological and environmental issues, is what motivates her the most."

Giovanna es una estudiante de ingeniería mecatrónica, entusiasta de la tecnología y del medio ambiente. Ha sido embajadora de organizaciones sin fines de lucro internacionales como Technovation y Girl Rising. Asimismo, forma parte de la primera generación de Jóvenes Embajadores por el Clima de la Unión Europea en México, donde su labor se orienta principalmente en la puesta en marcha de una iniciativa para fomentar la educación de niñas y jóvenes en cuanto a soluciones tecnológicas para el cambio climático, llamada ELENA Sustainability - Empowering Leaders in Environmental Activism. Este proyecto también fue finalista del premio Girls Save the World de HP y el Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Igualmente, participó en el desarrollo de una aplicación para la conservación de especies “WE Heroes”, la cual se presentó en la semana climática de Nueva York 2022 y en la COP27 donde se recopiló información de la Unión Internacional para la Conservación de la Naturaleza. Finalmente, la investigación y la creación de iniciativas de cooperación internacional en temas tecnológicos y ambientales es lo que más la motiva.

Giovanna est une étudiante en génie mécatronique, passionnée par la technologie et l'environnement. Elle a été ambassadrice d'organisations internationales à but non lucratif telles que Technovation et Girl Rising. De même, elle fait partie de la première génération de Jeunes Ambassadeurs pour le Climat de l'Union européenne au Mexique, où son travail est principalement orienté vers la mise en œuvre d'une initiative visant à promouvoir l'éducation des filles et des jeunes en termes de solutions technologiques pour le changement climatique, appelé ELENA Sustainability - Empowering Leaders in Environmental Activism. Ce projet a également été finaliste pour le prix Girls Save the World de HP et du Massachusetts Institute of Technology. De même, il a participé au développement d'une application pour la conservation des espèces "WE Heroes", qui a été présentée à la semaine du climat à New York 2022 et à la COP27 où des informations ont été recueillies auprès de l'Union internationale pour la conservation de la nature.
