The Honourable Paul Oram, Minister of Business, will address Canada’s leaders in the UVS (Unmanned Vehicle Systems) sector at the UVS Canada Expanding Horizons conference, Wednesday, November 7, at the Fairmont Hotel in St. John’s at 8:20 a.m.

Unmanned vehicles are controlled from a ground control station by an operator who can be near the vehicle or thousands of kilometres away. Minister Oram will speak on growing opportunities in the UVS sector and explain why Newfoundland and Labrador is ideally suited for research and development and business opportunities in this growing industry.
